Welcome to Second Wind Seaside, a beautifully remodeled four-bedroom oceanfront home where the beach is right outside the door. Wake to sweeping Atlantic views, take your coffee out on the deck as the sun comes up over the water, and spend the day a few steps from the sand.

When the beach is done for the day, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then settle round the fire pit on the yard in front of the dunes and listen to the waves. With fresh coastal interiors, big views from the main rooms and an unbeatable beachfront setting, it is a place to slow down, reconnect and catch your second wind.

The house is raised above the beach, so the main living floor looks straight out over the dunes to the Atlantic. The great room sits under a beamed ceiling with a wall of windows facing the ocean: a deep sectional sofa, a long dining table set for the whole group, and an open white kitchen with a breakfast bar. Glass doors lead from the living space onto the oceanfront deck.

Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, and two bathrooms serve the house — one with a walk-in glass shower. Several of the bedrooms have windows onto the water.

Outdoor Living

Outside is where this house earns its name. The oceanfront deck carries a dining table and an umbrella with the Atlantic beyond the rail; on the street side a second deck has more seating. Down at ground level the shell-gravel yard runs out to the dunes, with Adirondack chairs gathered round the fire pit and a walkover down to the sand. Beneath the house there is shaded seating, a table and hanging swing chairs for the middle of the afternoon.

Guests have the whole house, both decks, the yard and fire pit, the outdoor shower and the walkover to the beach. The main living floor is raised above the beach and reached by stairs. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. One well-behaved dog under 25 lbs is welcome per reservation — please include your pet when you book. The primary guest must be at least 25 and staying for the whole reservation. This is a non-smoking home, and it is not set up for events or parties. Full arrival instructions are sent ahead of your stay.
