Welcome to Casa Segovia, a three-bedroom, two-bath home in South St. Augustine, about ten minutes from the historic downtown. Bring the family, bring the pup, and even bring the boat: it sleeps eight and mixes coastal adventure with easy, comfortable living.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened-in patio and end your evenings around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced — a real bonus if you are travelling with a dog — and the gas grill comes with propane, so family cookouts are easy.

Love the water? There is a designated gravel area for parking a boat, and the neighbourhood boat ramp gives access to the Matanzas River, which connects to the Atlantic — perfect for fishing, boating and exploring Florida’s waterways. For beach days there is a beach wagon, chairs and an umbrella to take along.

You are a short drive from the area’s favourites: about 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, 12 to Anastasia State Park, 14 to the St. Augustine Beach Pier and 20 to Vilano Beach. Drive times are approximate and vary with traffic.

Perfect for Families

There is a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, a booster seat, children’s dining plates, books and a cozy reading area. The office off the primary bedroom has a door that closes, so it works for remote work — or for setting up the Pack ’n Play so your little one can sleep close by.

A fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living area with a fireplace, and a washer and dryer for sandy beach days and longer stays. The home is all on one level, with no stairs inside.

Guests have private access to the entire home, except the garage and one locked owner’s closet. It is a single-level home with no stairs inside. Self check-in is keyless, with a private door code sent before you arrive. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome, and the backyard is fully fenced. It is not set up for events or parties. Trash is collected on Thursday mornings — if you are staying on a Wednesday night, please roll the bins out to the road. Long stays of 28 nights or more are allowed.
