Guests will have full access to the entire home and private backyard oasis. Check-in is easy and secure with a smart lock system, allowing for a seamless arrival. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or making the most of the outdoor lounge, fire pit, and pool, you’ll have everything you need to feel right at home and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Guests can enjoy convenient beach access just a short walk from the front of the neighborhood. On the left side, you’ll find a seashell pathway leading to the private beach access. Please note there is no designated crosswalk across A1A. For your safety, we kindly ask that you use caution and follow traffic laws when crossing.

This beach access is not handicap accessible. Due to ongoing dune restoration efforts, the terrain may be slightly steep. For guests who prefer or require flat, easier access, we recommend visiting the South Ponte Vedra Beach Recreation Area, just 4 minutes north on A1A. This family-friendly spot includes:

Important Property Notes

No Parties, Events, or 3rd Party Bookings – This is a family home, not a party pad. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.

No Tampering with Cameras – For your safety only. Tampering may lead to removal without refund.

Max 4 Vehicles – Street and grass parking are not allowed. Please use the driveway.

To help keep your family safe, the property has Ring doorbell cameras and exterior-only security cameras, including near the pool and garage. There are no cameras inside or facing private backyard areas, and cameras are not monitored during your stay. Your privacy matters to us.

This tropical climate means wildlife and bugs are part of the charm. You might spot raccoons, lizards, iguanas, or butterflies. Bugs like ants or palmetto bugs are native too. We recommend keeping doors closed and avoiding contact with any wildlife. In the ocean, be mindful of jellyfish, rays, and other marine life.

Whether you’re soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, or sharing laughs around the fire pit, Mermaid Manor is your home base for family fun, relaxation, and adventure.

Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday. Our team works efficiently to ensure the pool stays clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment. We truly appreciate your help in respecting and preserving the home and outdoor spaces during your stay.
