Meet the Owners

We’re Greg and Megan Morris, a husband and wife team who turned a dream into a reality. Our passion for hosting started five years ago with a simple but exciting goal: to build our very first Airbnb. After years of hard work and sacrifice, that dream came to life in 2023 when we opened Crane Hill Cottage, our luxury lake house on the shores of beautiful Lake Grandin in North Florida.

Just a month after opening, we had the incredible privilege of hosting a correspondent from Condé Nast Traveler, and a few months later, we were honored to be featured as one of the Top 85 Airbnbs in the World. That recognition quickly launched Crane Hill Cottage into nearly two years of being fully booked, welcoming hundreds of families and teaching us so much about what makes a guest’s stay truly special.

As we gained experience, friends of ours reached out for  hosting advice—and that simple meeting sharing what we had learned eventually turned into us managing their  family beach house. By God’s grace and with many doors opening, that small meeting was the start of what has now turned into a thriving business. Today, we proudly manage beautiful vacation properties from Amelia Island to Historic St. Augustine, including Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Vilano Beach. 

We feel incredibly blessed to work with wonderful property owners who trust us fully with their homes, and it’s our joy to care for each guest like family.
